Industrial Heartland of Western Cebu

The City of Toledo is a component city in the province of Cebu, Philippines, located on the western coast facing the Tañon Strait. Once a municipality, Toledo was converted into a city in 1960. It rose to prominence as one of the country's mining and industrial centers, anchored by large-scale copper mining operations.

Today, Toledo is a progressive city blending its industrial heritage with agriculture, fisheries, and a growing tourism sector. Its people, the Toledohanons, are known for their resilience, industry, and warm hospitality.
